Sheet Masks

 ...but what exactly is a sheet mask?
Sheet mask is a single use mask soaked in rich essence, containing different kinds of ingredients to hydrate, sooth and exfoliate the skin. Coming originally from South Korea, sheet masks have become extremely popular worldwide. The mask itself can be made of cotton, fiber or even gel. Sheet masks are usually individually packaged, making them fast, convenient, and easy to use.

  • What is the right way to use sheet mask?
  • It is very easy and everyone can do it by themselves! After cleansing the face and additional skincare steps, apply the mask for 15-30 minutes, take it off and enjoy!

  • Do the masks have expiration date?
  • Yes, and usually you can find it on the bottom of the masks. Usually they last between 1 to 3 years before expiring. Sometimes Korean brands like Mediheal will print a manufacturing date (제조) instead of expiration date (까지).  An unopened mask can usually have a shelf life of 24-36 months.

  • How often should I be sheet faced?
  • There are no limitations according to how often you should be sheet faced. It can be twice a day, every day, every second day or even a week! However, the consistency is pretty important if you want to achieve the best results of using sheet masks.  (We use them every 2-3 days!)

  • Yeiii! The idea of monthly subscription sheet mask box is very exciting. It is like getting a birthday present every month, it is like Santa visiting you every month, it is just a box of goodies delivered to your door every month! How not to like it?!

    When you sign for the Sheet Happens Subscription Box, you will receive box of 8-10 carefully selected sheet masks straight to your home in a monthly basis. Our mission is to bring the best, the most trendy masks straight from Korea to Sweden and the rest of Europe. The advantage of signing for subscription is free box delivery and cheaper price than buying each mask of the box separately, and don’t forget about the surprise factor

  • Can i buy sheet mask box for a certain month without subscription?
  • If we have extra stock of any of the previous months boxes you can order them individually. However, the shipping is not free.

  • How much does the subscription cost?
  • The box with subscription has a price of 299kr (~30) and delivery is included for Swedish orders! For European orders delivery is only 39k (~4)!

  • Do i know which masks will i get in the box or will it be an awesome surprise?
  • No, it is a sweet mystery. You will receive a box full of masks with the content list.

  • When do I have to sign up to receive my monthly box?
  • If you would like to receive the upcoming monthly box, you have to subscribe before 20th of the current month. Your subscription then will automatically be added to the following month. For example, if you wanna get the March box, you should order before 20th of February. 

  • When do you ship the boxes?
  • The boxes will be shipped the 25th of each month. Customers in Sweden should receive their boxes within 1-3 days and international deliveries should expect at least 5-9 working days. 

  • When do you bill me?
  • For ongoing subscriptions we bill on the 20th of each month, so around a week before we ship them.

  • How can I cancel my subscription?
  • Login to your account and under Subscriptions you will find a Cancel option. If you have problems, contact us and we will help you. Alternatively, the notification emails you receive will contain a link which will link you directly to your account.


  • Do i need to create an account to make an order?
  • No, but if you do, you will be able to do quicker checkout the next time you order.

  • Which forms of payment do you accept?
  • We do accept Paypal and credit/ debit cards like Mastercard and Visa.

  • I have an issue with my order, what should i do? Help help help

    Refunds and returns -

  • My promo code is not working. What now?
  • If your promo code is not working, the most common reason is that the code is expired. Another possibility is that the promo code was made for one usage and you already used it. If you think that the promo code should work and it does not, please email us at and we will try our best to help you!

  • Did you get an expired mask?
  • We check our masks to make sure we never send expired ones to our customers. We are just people and mistakes can happen, so if you believe you have received an expired or valid product please contact us, sending a picture where the dates can be clearly seen. Before you do that though, please recheck you have read the dates correctly. Thanks!


  • Where do you ship to?
  • Sweden, Belgium, Malta, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, Croatia, Czech Republic  and Austria.

  • How much does delivery cost for the subscription boxes?
  • ZERO. For subscribers the delivery of the monthly box is free of charge.

  • How much does delivery cost for the separate masks?
  • Sweden: 35kr for order under 400kr. FREE for orders of minimum 400kr.
    Euopean countries*: 49kr (~5) for all orders.

  • When are you shipping the orders?
  • All the boxes (subscription and one-off) are shipped 25th of every month. When it comes to mask sold separately on our website, they will be shipped within 24h after we receive your payment (excluding weekends :} ).

  • How long it usually takes to ship the sheets
  • To Sweden 1-3 days
    To other European orders about 6 to 9 working days

    Returns/ Refunds

  • Can I refund or exchange my subscription box?
  • Unless your box has arrived damaged or the masks inside are defective, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. But if you do have any problems with your parcel, contact us and we will see what we can do.

  • Can I return masks that i bought through your website?
  • If it’s been more than 28 days we can not help you with a refund or exchange. If not, we only accept returns if the item is unused, unopened and in the same condition as sent. You will be responsible for getting the item back to us and paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Please, if possible, use a tracked delivery service.  Once we get the item and inspect it to make sure everything is correct, we will notify you and proceed with the refund.
